Objective

 Working Life Project I 5 cr compulsory to Savonlinna`s students, of which 3 cr is Vetherans Rehabilitation, 2 cr is WellFare Weeks to Seniors and podiatric or  multiprofessional simultation training. You are able to plan the rehabilitation period to elderly in a multidisciplinary team You are able to search, apply and evaluate the necessary multi-disciplinary knowledge in rehabilitation process. You know how to act ethically,  professionally, goal-oriented and community oriented in education, advice, meeting and decision-making situations. Working Life Project  II 5 cr: You can take part on current RDI-project or other project or plan podiatric expertise education day together with other students, implement and evaluate it. Working     

Content

Working Life Project I:  How you plan, implement and evaluate the rehabilitation period to elderly in a multidiciplinary team? Working Life Project  II: Haw you plan podiatric expertise education day together with other students? How you make target group analysis and make objectives, make resource analysis and content and timetable plans? Haw to collect evidence based knowledge to the content? How to collect feedback and make self evaluation?

Project Management Skills 5 cr, First Aid I 5 cr

Working Life Project I: c. You can identify interrelated tasks. d. You can work together with customers, users and target groups. e. You can use the key models, methods, software and techniques of the professional field. Past/Failed   Working Life Project II: You can bring podiaric aspect inside the project or plan and implement Podiatric Education Day to the appropriate group You can use pedagogical skills and evidence based content. You can act in group goal-oriented and co-operative. You can give and receive feedback and product the final report. Evaluation: group, peer- and self-evaluation in education situations. In Final report there is also self-evaluation of the group. The participants give feedback and also teachers evaluate the wholeness.  Evaluation is based on university of applied sciences criterias.   Past/failed or numeric (education day)
