You know the causes of diseases, the principles of treatment and preventive care. You understand the microbial world and you knowthe principles of aseptics. You know the structure and function of the lower limbs. You understand the aspects which have an impact on foot health and their importance for human well-being. You understand the functions of innervation and circulation and their effects on the health of lower limbs. You know the principles of pharmacy and you are aware of your professional responsibility concerning the issues related to your clients' / patients' medical treatment. You are able to promote foot health by giving foot self-care education. You understand that the health care services are law-controlled

What are the reasons for diseases? How you prevent and treat the diseases? What are microbes and how are they related to aseptics? What is the structure and function of lower limbs? How does the human circulation work? How do you observe blood circulation of lower limbs? How does the human innervation work and how does it affect the lower limbs? What are the key issues related to foot health? What information does a podiatrist need to know about medication? How can you promote foot health? Anathomy and physiology 1 cr, pathology and mikrobiology, pharmacotherapy principles, mental health work principles
