Objective

You are able draw up a plausible business idea from a preliminary business idea based on the development of a market and the company's areas of expertise. You demonstrate your familiarity with the high-quality and innovative product design/development of customer-oriented services. You pay attention to the legal aspects of entrepreneurship in social and health care. You will be able to analyze the environment of entreprenurship in health care and you are able to anticipate emerging opportunities in the operating environment. You demonstrate your familiarity with the company's strategic and human resource management.

Content

What are the specific features of welfare entrepreneurship? What is meant by the company's strategic and human resource management? What are resource analysis, audience segmentation, competitor analysis and networking? What is meant by business concept / business idea? How do you define know-how, branding and marketing? What is meant by company's finances? How should business law be taken into account when starting up a business?
