Objective

You are able to assess the business idea in the field of social and health care. You are able to find out the key issues of a company's future business environment. You know how to prepare a viable business plan for a starting business in your field, including the main calculations and taking into account the statutory reporting obligations.

Content

Does the business idea work? Who are the customers? Are there other companies in the same field? What is included in the business plan? What are the features of a good business plan? Will a certain business idea create cost-effective and profitable business?

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of entrepreneurship in the field of social and health care.
