You can estimate clients digital skills and recognise the factors which affect to skill development. You can identify the most relevant digital services and environments and can guide and support clients to use them. You can plan and implement customer oriented counselling situation.

Society and services are digitalizing at a rapid pace. Digitalization is an opportunity but also a challenge, especially for those who do not have sufficient skills or devices to operate in a digital society. In this course, you will gain the tools to assess clients' digital skills and support them in using digital services.
