Osaamistavoitteet
This course is designed to help students develop a strong foundation in project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion. It covers key concepts such as project scope, time management, cost estimation, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication. By understanding these essential elements, learners will be better prepared to manage projects effectively in various industries. Throughout the course, students will explore real-world case studies, learn industry-standard methodologies, and apply project management techniques to practical scenarios. Whether aspiring to become a project manager or looking to enhance leadership and organizational skills, this course provides valuable insights into the professional world of project management. By the end of the course, participants will have a solid grasp of fundamental project management concepts, enabling them to plan and execute projects efficiently while meeting goals and deadlines. Students will be introduced to Oracle Primavera P6 – the standard project management software tool used worldwide in industries such as Construction, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Energy and even IT.
