Objective

You can connect personnel strategy to the organization’s business strategy and leadership.
You can evaluate and develop your own competence in their work as a leader.
You can apply in your leader work different methods of leading and evaluating individual and group performance.

Content

How does leadership affect the success of an organisation?
What requirements does leadership set to professional competence?
How can the work of the leader and the employees be combined with the goals of the business by using different leadership methods?
How does one function when changes are done?

Evaluation

c. You can work as a team member in expert duties in the working life and notice and describe problems in their professional field.
d. You can evaluate operations from the leader’s viewpoint in customer, user and other target group situations.
g. You can apply critically the ethical principles of your own field in different leadership situations.
