Exam schedules

Competence is assessed on the basis of laboratory assignments and a written report.

Content scheduling

The course teaches how to make high - voltage connections and measurements safely in a laboratory environment.

The laboratory measures e.g. without breakdown strength at surge voltages (100-200kV) and the operation of surge protectors is studied, also learning about earth fault protection in a floating neutral network.

In addition, safe working practices are practiced in the vicinity of high-voltage equipment.
