Objective

Physics: The student understands the practical importance of the physical principles discussed  in the course and is able to form and solve essential equations with physical quantities apply his physical knowledge to practical technological problems and in later professional studies use his knowleledge to follow the development of his or her professional field use his knowleledge in the developmet of new applications In laboratory exercises the student learns to use common instruments, analyse quantitative information and to conduct quantitative and qualitative estimations of observational errors. Chemistry: The student deepens their knowledge in chemistry of their professional field.

Content

Physics: Vehicle physics, humidity and its measurement, noise and its measurement, physics of cold-storage transportation, physical principles of RFID, radioactivity and transport of radioactive materials Chemistry: Properties of dangerous goods and substances,  fire chemistry, occupational safety in transporting dangerous substances, environmental chemistry.
