Objective
You understand what is meant by strategic human resource management and its role in business management and profit-making. You are able to assess the state of occupational health of the employees and its relation to company's financial performance. You are also able to assess the current state of the company's human resources management and its connection and contribution to the company's overall strategy.

Strategic human resource management and human resource planning, strategic occupational health, organization of HR activities, international human resource management, assessment and development of HR activities, human resource management as part of business operations.
