Is able to apply knowledge of concrete technology to the planning and management of concrete work.
Can describe the phases and working methods of concrete construction both on-site and in a precast factory, and is capable of acting as a supervisor for concrete works.
Is able to prepare and supervise precast element installation.
Understands moisture control from the perspective of a construction site.
