Objective

You can describe the human resource management (HRM) practices and processes of the target organisation.
You know how to assess the effectiveness of the target organisation’s HRM practices and processes and their connection to organisational performance.
You know how to create a development plan for HRM practices and implement it within the target organisation.

Content

What areas are included in HRM practices (e.g., HR strategy, workforce planning, employee transfers and reductions, recruitment, onboarding, competence development, compensation, wellbeing at work, and leadership support)?
How are the functionality and efficiency of HR practices evaluated?
What models, methods, and tools can be used to develop HR practices?
