Objective

You learn special construction techniques and supporting structures to use in costumes and are able to use and adapt these skills in future projects.

You learn to recognize what support structures and interfacing are needed in costume design and specialty stage wear and to choose appropriate methods and materials for them.

How to plan and craft specialty forms used in costumes and stage wear, for example corsets and crinolines?

What methods and materials do you use in supporting structures and interfacing in costume design?
