Objective

You know how to conceptualise and productise a company's/your own company's products and services.
You know how to collect the data needed in the productisation process from various international sources and utilise stakeholders to support development.
You understand different pricing strategies and the effects of pricing solutions as part of productisation and successful and responsible business operations.
You know how to plan a systematic and responsible productisation process and visualise it in a professional way.

Content

What are concepts? How are services productised and why?
What kind of information is collected to support the productisation process? How can stakeholders be utilised in the development of services and products?
What different pricing strategies are there? How is pricing used as part of productisation?
How to build a productisation process that utilises versatile data and stakeholders? How is the development process modeled and presented visually in a professional way?

Evaluation

Students can
a. use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations
b. assess information sources critically
d. assess operations in customer/client, user and target group situations
e. choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to purpose and justify them.
g. apply critically the ethical principles of the professional field in different situations.
