Objective
You can define the most central theoretical foundations and concepts of the psychophysical physiotherapy approach.
You can describe the typical target groups, goals, content and methods of psychophysical physiotherapy to the client and other healthcare professionals.
You know and can define the importance of the physiotherapist's own body awareness and self-regulation in the client relationship of psychophysical physiotherapy, and you can recognize the phenomena of stress in your own body.

How do you define and describe the approach of psychophysical physiotherapy to a client or healthcare professional?
How and why does the physiotherapist observe the sensations of their own body?
What methods can you use to support your own self-regulation?
