You know how nature tourism is organised in Finland.
You are able to ideate nature tourism services taking into account the context, customers, objectives and resources.
You can outline and brand your ideas and objectives into a well-organised package.

What are Finland's key nature tourism areas and their main features?
How is nature tourism organised in Finland and what added value does it bring to the tourism industry and to different customer groups.
What kind of regional nature tourism plans and concepts exist and how do they make use of regional strengths?
What needs to be taken into account when designing service concepts?
Evaluation
Students can
a) use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations.
b) assess information sources critically.
c) work as team members in work-related expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field.
d) assess operations in customer, user and target group situations.
e) choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices.
