Objective
You are able to plan, use and evaluate organisation’s central tools of strategic management. You know techniques for process description and are able to use the models for measuring efficiency. You are able to use qualitative tools for developing an organization.
Content
The basic concepts of strategic management: mission, values and vision. Determining strategic objectives, operating principles and plans of operation. Processes and measuring processes, Balanced score-card (BSC), self-evaluations tools (e.g.EFQM), Monitoring results.
Location and time
You will independently go through the course material and complete the necessary assignments. If you have previous knowledge of the subject, you can get the course passed fully or in part with relevant work experience or previous studies (proof of competence, unless you can declare a certificate). If you get parts of the course passed this way, you are required to independently pass the other parts.

Teaching methods
Independent track:
If you are working in a company, organization, or a university project, you can complete the course or module in your workplace / project either completely or partially. If you choose this option, you will then at the beginning of the course contact the course teacher and agree on a development task for your job / project. You are required to learn the topics covered in the course and manage them both in theory and in practice. You will then demonstrate your competence as a skill display, the extent of which depends on the learning goals of the course.
Blended track:
