Objective

At the end of the study unit, the student is expected to be able to: describe HRM in multicultural organisations recall HRM development strategies explain HRM processes plan the recruitment, orientation, and training of employees.

Content

Past, present, and future HRM process human resources development and occupational development IHRM strategy, recruitment, job orientation, training rewarding, evaluation of employees and HRM activities different roles of HRM staff in various organisational and business environments collective agreements
