Objective
Learns to discuss human resource management processes and practices in a meaningful way using modern theories Learns to plan a small-scale human resource development project from a particular HRM area and evaluate it realistically on the basis of ones own work experience Learns to describe the most important legal rights and obligations of both the employer and employee Learns to plan how labour disputed are negotiated both in cooperation at the workplace or organisation level and through legal means
Content
Development of human reource management ideas through time Human resource management process: HRM strategy, recruitment, induction, training, development, rewarding, assessment, learning Contract of employment, collective bargaining agreements, employment contracts act Contents of the course will be adjusted with the study group according to their needs in the beginning of the course.
