Objective
The aim of this course is to promote students' wellbeing and offer tools to support learning, coping and wellbeing.
After the course

- you have learned different coping mechanisms e.g. for stress
- you recognize the ways and pace of studying that suits you.
Content
The course is divided into different themes, which are study ability and skills, stress and relaxation, wellbeing in everyday life, such as sleep and recovery, stage fright, thoughts and working with them, and emotions and self-knowledge.
Each theme has a short introduction to its contents. With the help of the introduction you will get to know the theme and matters related to it. The different themes are compiled of relevant materials that support your learning. It can be videos, texts, research or exercises. Use these or self-selected sources in your learning.
