Objective

You deepen your expertise in patient-centered reception work in different work communities.

You enhance problem-solving and decision-making skills independently, along with practicing research and therapy.

You are able to use well-researched information in your work and are able to utilize a variety of information acquisition methods, combine acquired data and transfer data to practical patient work.

You are able to communicate in the work community and are active in a variety of work situations, as well as get consulting help from work community members.

Content

You will be able to design, implement and evaluate patient-centered research and treatment approaches.

You can solve problems and make independent decisions in patient work.

You have good interpersonal skills when working in multi-professional teams as well as in patient work.

Evaluation

Students can:
a. use professional vocabulary systematically.
b. look for information in the key information sources of the field.
c. identify interrelated tasks.
d. work together with customers, users and target groups.
e. use the key models, methods, software and techniques of the professional field.
f. work as team members in a goal-oriented way.
g. justify their actions according to the ethical principles of the professional field.
