Objective

You can meet customers/patients from different cultures in an individual manner.
You are able to interact professionally and caringly with customers/patients of different ages and backgrounds and with their families.
You understand your own responsibilities, and those of other social and health care professionals, together with the significance of well-managed and flexible division of work in a customer’s/ patient’s total care.
You can work in multisectoral environments, demonstrating good teamwork skills.

You understand that the work of a nurse is evidence-based in reception work and homecare .
You know the nursing path of a customer/patient and the basics of service guidance.

What is centralized customer and service guidance?
What is service guidance as a process and nursing practice?
How is a nursing and service plan prepared?
How are the assessment of service need and the follow-up of service guidance carried out?
What do the availability of customer and patient records and activity control systems mean as tools of service guidance?
Vaccination skills:
• Which infectious diseases are vaccinated against?
• What is the natonal vaccination programme?
• How do you take care of vaccinations in an appropriate and safe manner?

Vastaanottotyö ja kotisairaanhoito 2 op
Rokotusosaamisen perusteet (2 op) suoritetaan verkkokurssina. Ennen verkkokurssin alkamista pidetään infotunti ja johdantoluento (läsnäolovelvoite).
Monikulttuurinen hoitotyö (1op): luennot & ryhmätyöskentely

Tentit ja muut määräajat

Monikulttuurinen hoitotyöstä tentti Exam-tenttitilassa, arviointiasteikko 1-5. Rokotusosaamisen perusteissa tehdään portfolio ja tentti Metropolian Moodle-alustalla, arviointiasteikko hyväksytty -hylätty.

Monikulttuurisuuden (1op) tentin voi uusia kaksi kertaa Exam-tenttitilassa.
Rokotusosaamisen perusteiden (2op) verkkotentin voi uusia kaksi kertaa valitsemanaan aikana.
