Objective

Management and entrepreneurship
• you are able to manage your own actions and understand the meaning of internal entrepreneurship
• you are able to assess the resources of a team, and prioritize tasks and related responsibilities
• you understand the meaning of leadership/management in nursing
• you understand the basis or entrepreneurship in health care and its role as part of the service system
• you understand the meaning of changes in health care and you are able to act in changing situations according to your responsibilities

Quality and safety of social and health services
• you show responsibility for the quality of your nursing work
• you are able to prevent and identify quality deviations in all phases of the treatment process
• you are able to evaluate the quality and methods of nursing in all phases of the treatment process

Opintoja nopeuttava oppimisväylä:
Jos työskentelet terveysalan yrityksessä, organisaatiossa tai korkeakoulun tarjoamassa projektissa, voit suorittaa opintojakson tai moduulin työpaikallasi / projektissa joko kokonaan tai osittain. Tällöin olet yhteydessä kuukautta ennen opintojakson alkua opettajiin ja sovit työpaikallesi/projektille tehtävästä kehittämistehtävästä. Oppiminen edellyttää, että työssäsi perehdyt opintojaksolla käsiteltäviin teemoihin ja hallitset ne sekä teoriassa että käytännössä. Osoitat osaamisesi osaamisen näyttönä, jonka laajuus määräytyy opintojakson oppimistavoitteiden mukaan.

Mikäli sinulla on aiheeseen liittyvää aikaisempaa osaamista, voit hakea hyväksilukua opintojaksoa vastaavalla amk-opinnoilla joko kokonaan tai osittain. Osittaisessa hyväksiluvussa suoritat ne osa-alueet, joista ei ole hyväksilukua, joko muun ryhmän mukana tai verkko-opintoina.
