You are able to
- identify the key digital communication and distribution channels in the hospitality field and assess their significance and usability in organisations.
- identify new digital applications that support hospitality business.
- understand the role of e-business in developing service enterprises.
- empathise with customers in the change towards digital communication and e-business.

Evaluation

Students can
a) evaluate and make critical use of multidisciplinary data in their field of expertise by producing new points of view.
c) evaluate and develop e-business in organisations.
e) evaluate and justify the strategic significance of e-business in organisations and to use new strategic approaches as management tools.
