Objective

You know the importance of feeling, trust and commitment in managing networks. 
You can create the starting points for interaction and partnerships between people and organizations in a genuine dialogue.
You will be able to organize projects that encourage enthusiasm, motivation and commitment of the actors towards a common goal.
You can acquire and evaluate information for managing multichannel customer relationships. 
You will be able to lead partnerships and multicultural partnerships in a entrepreneurial way. 
You will be able to plan and implement marketing in the deepening of customer relationships as part of strategic management.

How do you implement interaction and partnerships between people and organizations in genuine dialogue?
How do you organize projects that encourage enthusiasm, motivation and commitment towards a common goal?
How do you acquire and evaluate information for managing multichannel customer relationships?

Evaluation

Students can
find, study, produce and evaluate critically multidisciplinary data in their field of expertise.
solve demanding problems in research, development and innovation.
be responsible for operations and develop them independently.
evaluate different strategic approaches and justify their use in terms of management and development.
work independently in the expert duties of their professional field or as entrepreneurs.
communicate proficiently and systematically in their spoken and written native language and in one foreign language.
