Objective

You can model different modelling methods utilising the service concept.
You can estimate the plan together with the interest groups utilising the different tools of co-design.
You can collect and analyse feedback from different interest groups and can develop the service further.
You can make the service a marketable product for the launching.

How can the service concept be modelled?
How can the service concept be evaluated, estimated and developed further with different interest groups?
How is the service made into a marketable product?

Evaluation

Students can
a. use professional vocabulary and concepts proficiently.
b. manage appropriate methods of information search.
d. justify their actions in customer, user and target group situations.
e. apply the key models, methods, software and techniques of the professional field.
