Objective

You identify family work as a part of family service system and know the legislation concerning family work.You know different orientations on family work and its’ working environments and know how to work with families with different cultural backgrounds.You'll learn to know different orientations on family work and work environments.You are able to consider the resources and immediate networks of families.You are able to work systematically and ethically in family work processes together with families.

Study forms and methods

Työhön integroituna, mikäli mahdollisuus opiskella omassa työpaikassa. Muutoin itsenäisenä suorituksia, joihin voi liittyä työelämäkytkös. Mahdollisesti yhteisiä purkuseminaareja, missä käsitellään opiskelijoiden kehittämis- ja oppimistehtäviä.

RDI and work-related cooperation

Työhön integroiduna opiskelijan omassa työpaikassa mikäli työpaikka lastensuojelun kenttään kuuluva. Itsenäisessä opiskelija etsiin opintojakson teemaan soveltuvan perhetyötä toteuttavan työelämätoimijan.

Student workload

140 h, mistä osa voidaan käyttään opintojakson infoon ja yhteisiin oppimistehtävien webinaareihin tai seminaareihin.
