Objective

You can measure and assess the wellbeing and the associated changes in different customer groups.
You are familiar with the different models used in the production of welfare services.
You understand the central strategies which direct the production of services.
You can measure different aspects of wellbeing with subjective and objective methods.
You know the basics of quality management and the significance of high-quality work in the wellbeing services.

How to measure different aspects of wellbeing with subjective and objective methods (Active Life Lab)?
What models are used in the production of welfare services?
What are the changes in the service structure in the field of wellbeing services production?
What are the basics of quality management and the significance of high-quality work in wellbeing services?
What is the effectiveness of the development of wellbeing services?
What main factors affect the activities and regulation of health care/welfare services?

1. Active Life Lab- contact days, Group assignment, ALL measurements, results, background factors, reporting. = 50%

2. Online lectures, essay, the effectiveness of welllbeing services. = 20%
3. Development task, Commercial possibilities of measurements. =30%
