Objective

You gain comprehensive and practical knowledge of the principals and benefits of project management.
You learn how to proceed from a project idea to a successful outcome.
You understand the importance of goal setting, methods, tracking and control in project management.
You gain skills to manage an individual project or a larger project portfolio in a professional manner and know how project business can be developed.

What are the basics of project business?
How should projects be implemented, marketed and sold?
How to plan and control projects?
What are the best practices in organizing and managing a project?
How to manage a project portfolio and project business?

Evaluation

Students can
b. solve complex project management challenges.
c. analyze and manage projects and project teams in a goal-oriented way.
d. apply and develop modern project management and business methods.
e. use new management methods in complex and unpredicted situations.
