Mikäli opiskelijalla on sosiaalialan työpaikka missä sosionomi voisi työskennellä, opiskelija voi suorittaa opintojakson tekemällä oppimistehtävät tutkimalla omaa työtään sekä suorittamalla kirjallisuustentin

Opiskelijat suorittavat sovittujen työelämäyhteistyökumppaneiden asiakkaille haastattelun missä kerätään tietoa palvelujen asiakaskokemuksista sekä asiakkaiden hyvinvointikokemuksista. Laajuus 1 op
