You understand the practical challenges linked with different logistics operations and how to take them into account in advance. You understand the meaning of risk management for the continuation of the business.

Content

Which types of different practical challenges exist in logistics?
How to identify and manage different logistical risks, e.g. contract matters, continuation planning?
How to use supervisor work as support when solving different logistical challenges and in risk prevention?

Study forms and methods

Opintojakso suoritetaan laajan harjoitustehtävän muodossa, kukin opiskelija voi ohjata tuotostaan oman taustansa ja tilanteensa mukaisesti. Opintojakso koostuu on lähi- ja etäluennoista ja pääosin itsenäisesti edistettävästä harjoitustehtävästä.

RDI and work-related cooperation

Tavoitteena on saada opintojaksolle useampia vierailevia luennoitsijoita kertomaan omaa näkemystään logistiikan käytännön haasteista ja riskienhallinnasta. Harjoitustehtävä linkitetään kunkin omaan työkenttään/tehtävään (, mikäli mahdollista).
