Objective
Knowledge and understanding of and proficiency in:
- systematically and safely performing connections and measurements of different electrical power components in a laboratory environment
- reporting and analysing measurements

Evaluation
Students can
- use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations
- choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices
- work as team members in working life expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field
In addition, competence evaluation according to STCW code table A-III/6 column 4 are used:
- safety measures for working are appropriate
- selection and use of hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment are appropriate and interpretation of results is accurate
