Objective

You understand the importance of customer relationships and partnerships in security industry. You form a comprehensive understanding of how customer insight and customer experience are built, and are able to build good customer relationships, customer paths, and an appropriate service package. You become familiar with the key customers in security industry. You understand people's behavioral patterns and identify psychological phenomena from a security perspective. You get a basic understanding of personality psychology and social psychology related to security.
