Objective

1. You use consistently professional vocabulary related to indoor climate and energy related renovations of buildings.
2. As an energy and indoor climate specialist you choose the most appropriate solution methods and processes, and justify your choices and decisions to customers.
3. You manage a group and promote its activities with your indoor climate and energy expertise.

What are the reasons for moisture and mold problems in buildings?
How to prevent moisture and mold problems in buildings?
How to investigate and fix moisture and mold problems in buildings?
What solutions are feasible to improve the energy efficiency of buildings in renovations?
How and what calculation methods can be applied to assess the financial profitability of renovation solutions?

Evaluation

Students can
a) use professional vocabulary systematically.
e) use and justify the key models, methods software and techniques of the professional field.
f) work as team members in a goal-oriented way.
