Objective
The objective is to relieve stage fright in presentation situations in the workplace and adopt various strategies for relaxed speaking and presentations.
Content
Theory of anxiety and presentations. Relaxations exercises. Empathy practice. Easy speaking skill tasks. Mainly contact classes.
Materials
The study material collected in the Learn, online environment.
Teaching methods
Active participation, meetings for rehearsal.

No exam. The learning diary will be submitted in the end of the course.

81 hour of work (incl. meetings, rehearsal, independent work).
