Objective
You know the potential of different fibers as raw materials for chemical pulp, familiarize yourself with the most common delignification methods, and more specifically, the sulphate pulp production.
You know the unit processes of the fiber line and the chemical regeneration and their impact on the quality of the end product, as well as the keys to economical, safe and environmentally friendly pulp processing.
Content
How do fiber structure differences affect their processability and how do they affect the properties of the end products? What are the manufacturing methods for the chemical pulping of wood? To what parts can the sulphate pulping process and the chemical recovery cycle be shared and what is the significance of the different parts for the overall process?
