Nutrition
You know how to apply Finnish nutrition and treatment recommendations for different age and target groups in preventing and nursing national diseases.
You know how to integrate nutritional care and guidance into comprehensive nursing in cooperation with a network of multisectoral experts.
You can take into account sustainable development and ethics in nutritional care and guidance.
You can assess the nutritional status of a customer/patient and refer the customer/patient in the risk of malnutrition to an expert.

Opiskelumateriaali

Ilmoitetaan infossa sekä Learn-alustalla opintojakson alussa.

Yksilölliset oppimisväylät

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:

Terveyden edistämisen perusteet (3 op) - osio sisältää luentoja ja case -harjoituksia sekä mahdollisesti opintokäyntejä.
Osalla kontaktitunneista sekä pienryhmätehtävien purkutunneilla on 100% läsnäolovelvoite --> nämä ilmoitetaan infossa.
Tunneilla edellytetään aktiivista osallistumista. Arvioitavat tehtävät ovat sekä itsenäisiä että pienryhmissä tehtäviä (ks. kohta Tentit ja muut määräajat).

Ravitsemus 2 op toteutetaan verkko-opintoina. Opintosisällöt opiskellaan itsenäisesti Learn-alustalle olevien materiaalien avulla. Suoritusmuotona verkkotehtävät.

Ei käytössä tällä opintojaksolla.

Työhön integroitu oppimisväylä:
Voit ahotoida opintojakson vastaavilla korkeakouluopinnoilla joko kokonaan tai osittain. Osittaisessa ahotoinnissa suoritat itsenäisenä tai kontaktiopetuksena puuttuvat osa-alueet.

Opintojakso antaa pohjaa toimia työelämässä.

Mahdolliset työelämävierailijat sekä opintokäynnit.

Tentit ja muut määräajat

Terveyden edistäminen:

Arvioitavat tehtävät ilmoitetaan opintojaksoinfossa sekä Learn- alustalla alussa.
Opintojakso sisältää sekä itsenäisiä tehtäviä että pienryhmätehtävän (ks. lisää Arviointi . kohdasta).

Ravitsemus:
Opintojakson arviointi tapahtuu oppimistehtävillä. Hylätyksi tullut tehtävä on mahdollista täydentää. Oppimistehtävät ovat ajastettuja.

Kansainvälinen yhteistyö

Voi sisältää englannin kielistä materiaalia. Terveyden edistämisen osiossa huomioidaan myös globaali terveys.

Opiskelijan työmäärä

1 opintopiste vastaa 27 tuntia opiskelijan työtä.

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

Opintojakso koostuu kahdesta erillisestä osiosta (terveyden edistäminen 3 op ja ravitsemus 2op), joissa molemmissa on oma opettaja.

Assessment methods and criteria

Terveyden edistäminen:
. numeerisesti arvioitava pienryhmätehtävä
. itsenäiset tehtävät arvioidaan asteikolla hyväksytty hylätty. Itsenäisest oppimistehtävät voivat korottaa kokonaisarviointia yhden numeron verran.

Ravitsemus- ja ravitsemusohjaus (2 op):
* oppimistehtävät H3-taso
* oppimistehtävä 2 arvioidaan numeraalisesti 1-5, oppimistehtävällä 1 voi korottaa yhden numeron verran
