Objective
You are familiar with the safe emergency care operating model
You learn to take environmental safety risks into consideration and ensure the safety of operations in accidents.
You gain further proficiency in determining the need for planning, administering and evaluating specialised, demanding emergency care
You are able to apply situational leadership in multi-unit dispatch considering one casualty (e.g. CPR)
You are able to apply situational leadership in immediate procedures in a mass casualty situation.
You are able to utilize medical and pharmalogigal information in safe emergency care.
You know how to make decisions requiring emergency care expertise in cooperation with the patient and other professional groups, as well as to support the patient’s resources
