Opintojaksolla yhdistetään markkinointi/asiakasnäkökulma ja erilaiset logistiikka/toimitusketjupalvelut - logistiikka/toimitusketjupalvelujen suunnittelu asiakas- ja tarvelähtöisesti.

Opintojakso sisältää teoreettista keskustelua markkinoinnista ja palvelumuotoilusta ja ko. teoreettisen opin soveltamista ryhmätyön muodossa.
