You understand how an individual’s wellbeing is measured and assessed.
You know how to measure an individual’s wellbeing with different methods.
You are able to develop the current and new services in an interactive and user-driven way and take into account the possibilities of digitalization of services.

How to measure and evaluate an individual’s wellbeing?
How to measure different aspects of wellbeing with subjective and objective methods?
What are the basics of laboratory-based wellbeing measurement methods in Active Life Lab?
How is the service assortment evaluated, renewed and developed in the digital operational and competitive environment?
How are services developed in a user-driven and interactive way?
How can gamification promote users’ motivation, involvement and participation?
What are the basic concepts, goals and methods of service design?
What are the methods of service productization?
How are service products branded and launched into the market?
