Objective

You know the structure of demand-supply chain networks.
You are familiar with the principles of logistics process management.
You know the product life cycle demands for logistics operations.
You are familiar with the basic principles of improving logistics operations.

Principles of logistics process management
Improvement of demand-supply chains
Improvement of operations using JIT and LEAN principles

Evaluation

a) use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations.
c) work as team members in working life expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field.

The course will have a few facilitating contact lessons (class or distant); otherwise the course is executed in form of a group assignment, mainly carried out outside the classes. The course will be graded based on the group assignment.
