Objective

You know the principles of finance in service production from the perspective of the multi-producer model of welfare services.
You are able to marshal your business strategy as part of service production and strategy.
You will be able to prepare and monitor the implementation of the unit’s economic and operational plan. 
You will be able to estimate and develop the unit’s performance from the the point of view of economy, productivity, cost-effectiveness and operational result.  
You know the principles of procurement law.

How are welfare services funded from a multi-producer perspective?
How is the business strategy implemented and ensured as part of the overall strategy for service production?
How do you draw up and monitor the economic and operational plan of the unit?
How do you evaluate and develop your unit’s performance from the point of view of economy, productivity, cost-effectiveness and operational results?
How do you implement a small acquisition tender?
