Objective
You can define and identify elements of interpersonal communication, culture and global communication.
You can compare and contrast cultures’ values, beliefs, perceptions, and communication styles.
You can recognize negative perception: racism, prejudice, negative stereotyping, ethnocentrism.
You can analyze intercultural interactions and evaluate situations using intercultural communication skills.
You can communicate and collaborate with other people and cultures in an increasingly global and interconnected world.

What are values, beliefs, (negative) cultural perceptions?
How to recognize cultural differences based on comparing elements of your own national culture to other cultures?
How to communicate effectively in intercultural settings?

As the course is held in form of an intensive 2-weeks workshop, participation is mandatory.
All assignments have to be completed during the course.
