Objective

You are able to recognize and anticipate the current challenges of well-being.
You are able to contribute to realization well-being through methods and working technique of co-operation with other actors.
You can develop the welfare services to meet the current regional challenges.
You are able to lead to social service processes a target-oriented manner that promotes the well-being

Content

How do you identify and anticipate the welfare of the current challenges?
What kind of methods and techniques are used to promote the well-being?
How do you identify regional challenges and develop the services of welfare to respond to them?
How do you manage target-oriented social work´s service processes?

Evaluation

The student can
a. to acquire, process, produce and critically evaluate the cross-sectoral information about well being
b. to solve exacting problems in research, development and / or in innovation
c. to evaluate the view and the cosequences of the welfare among social work
d. to develop independently own skills of thinking
e. to evaluate strategic approaches and to justify their use from the management and development perspective
f. to work independently as an expert or as an entrepreneur in social services
g. communicate and interact in demanding international contexts of the social expertise

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Learn, lähiopetus, itsenäinen tiedonhankinta, PBL
Tarjotaan vaihtoehtoinen toteutus (Teams), jossa on vähemmän läsnäolovelvoitetta.

Opiskelija on suorittanut vastaavan laajuiset ja sisältöiset opinnot yliopistossa tai korkeakoulussa
