Objective

You identify the phases of children's and young people's growth and development, the requirements for their motor learning and development of physical activity.
You can define the basic concepts of motor learning and motor control and define the phases of children's and young people's motor learning.
You can observe and assess children's and young people's motor skills and factors of physical fitness.
You can plan and instruct exercises that develop motor skills.
