Muista opintojakson sisällöistä on luokassa tehtävä ryhmätentti.

Tentit arvioidaan arvosanoilla 1-5.

Uusintatentit suoritetaan Examissa.

Kansainvälinen yhteistyö

Opintojakso sisältää esimerkkejä eri kulttuureista tulevan lapsen ja nuoren sekä hänen perheensä kohtaamisesta.

1 op = 27h
Opintojakson laajuus on 5 op = 135h
Opintojaksolla on noin 50 lähiopetustuntia ja 85h on itseopiskeluun ja tentteihin valmistautumisiin.

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

Opintojakso jakautuu seuraaviin osiin:

Lapsen ja nuoren normaali kasvu ja kehitys 1 op
Kehitysvammaisuus 1 op
Keskeisimmät lasten ja nuorten sairaudet ja hoitotyö 3 op

Lähiopetustunnit eivät ole pakollisia, mutta suositeltavia.

Opintojakson arvosanan korottaminen tapahtuu yksilötenttinä Examissa. Arvosanaa voi korottaa yhden kerran.

Tätä opintojaksoa täydentävät lasten hoitotyön harjoittelu (kliininen harjoittelu 2) ja prekliininen harjoittelu 2, josta yksi opintopiste on lasten hoitotyön laborointia.

Opintojakson edeltävyysehdoissa mainitut suoritukset tarkastetaan ennen opintojakson alkua ja tarvittaessa osallistuminen perutaan.
