Maternity and woman´s nursing
You know the structure and process of maternity care.
You know the normal progress of pregnancy, labour and post-natal period, and are able to monitor these.
You can support families in parenting, baby care and breast feeding.
You know what kind of problems can occur in fertility, pregnancy and postnatal time.
You are able to assist in an unplanned childbirth that takes place outside a hospital.
You know the most common gynaecological diseases and how to prevent them.
You can plan, implement and assess the treatment in gynacological nursing.

Sexual and reproductive health
You know the concepts used when talking about sexuality and gender.
You understand how sexual well-being affects overall well-being at different ages and in different life situations.
You can consider and promote patient´s sexual health.
You know what kind of models are used in discussing sexuality.
You know the most common disorders related to sexual functions.
You know what is sexual violence.
You can help and support victim of sexual violence.
