Objective

You show familiarity with the principles of project management and know the most important concepts related to project work.
You are able to design and implement a working life-based project and know how to evaluate its success.
You are able to report on the different phases of the project in accordance with the instructions provided. You are able to act as a responsible member or a coordinator of the project team according to set objectives.

What are the concepts related to project operations?
How do you plan, implement and report a project and how do you evaluate its success?
How do you use different tools (incl. HanSa) in project planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting?
How do you work in project groups?
How do you manage a project?
