Objective

You learn about the most common sports injuries.

You understand and know how to explain the risk factors of exercise and sports injury, mechanisms, healing processes, and know the principles of prevention of injuries.

You learn about athletes' nutrition recommendations and how nutrition can affect physical performance and development.

What are the most common types of sports injuries?

What are the healing processes of sports injuries?

How can sport injuries be rehabilitated and prevented?

How do sport injuries affect the athlete's performance?

How does the athlete's nutrition affect physical performance?
