Objective

You know how to assess and plan digital services based on service design.
You know how to use and apply service design methods.
You know how to use service design based development processes in implementing of digital services.

Content

How to assess and renew digital services in digital working environments.
What is service design and how do service design processes proceed?
How to develop digital services using customer-oriented and interactive methods?

Study forms and methods

Online lessons, online exercices, independent work, team work in project assignment is recommended.

RDI and work-related cooperation

Course project assignment comes from the need of working life.

Timing of exams and assignments

All assignments must be returned before end date of course. Course can not be passed with just an exam.

Optional, to be notified in the beginning of course.

Student workload

Online videos, online assignments, other educational material, online assignments and independent work total approx. 130 hours. However, the amount of work depends on your study skills and previous knowledge.

Assessment methods and criteria

Approved return of the mandatory assignments to the learning platform. You must receive required minimum points for grade.

Qualifications

Attending the course requires completing the first year studies of Business Information Technology, 60 ECTS credits.
